asimPublish is a professional, independent software solution, with which paper bound sales brochures and high quality print documents can be issued within the shortest time, economically, data bank secured and either full or partially automatic.
After designing the templates (page, block, and index templates) for the setup and the definition of rules for the generation of print documents the output of data takes place automatically into InDesign, Quark Express, FrameMaker, Word or PDF-documents. Due to the simple user guidance and the familiar usability the various design elements (picture, text, charts, lines) are created easily like with a DTP-program and via „drag and drop“ connected with the product information.
A further procedure for the definition of documents demanding InDesign is the direct integration with asimBase, where you can transfer available product and picture data integrative into asimPublish.
Due to the clear separation of the data structure to the layout you reach a flexible process configuration and expedite your publication generation through parallel running data maintenance and layout definition. Furthermore the multi-client capability, the user and right management and the connection of partners and agencies is being solved in asimPublish. Beyond that you will be supported in the surveillance of the production. To always adhere to the target CI you define the most important presets in advance which you then release independently at each printing project.
After the transformation into the desired DTP-program is finished you have the possibility to perform finished works that are preserved also after an update of current product information.
